Our application process relies on getting to know you, and in particular what makes you different. The reason you’re attracted to a career in law and starting that career at Hill Dickinson will be different to the person applying next to you – it’s this individuality that will help you stand out, by showcasing your strengths and demonstrating how you align with our values. A response generated entirely by AI is not going to be able to factor in the individual experiences you’ve had and the personal knowledge you have gained, and it’s this detail that takes your response to the level needed to progress in the process.
